Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $60.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
Damaged or Lost Packages Pink Planet is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at pinkplanet1111@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
